Classic. Was that a thing in the 80s though, yellow cop cars? (aware this is a mock given the VE parked next door).

Pretty sure they were running steelies or "Interceptors" through at least VZ, and maybe VE although by then the specific police pack cars seemed to fade away from production (the local Holden dealer used to sometimes carry excess police stock and would have the odd car with steelies, FE2 and the like for sale).

It was a mod thing as well.. although not something I ever understood.

As a long term SA resident I do recall sky blue VNs.
