Query from the USA on 18 x 9 on the Golf.

Its been claimed 18 x 9 is no problem, car below is running Rennforms 18 x 9 ET45 with claimed 5mm spacers front and 10mm rear on 235/40 rubber:









I would expect more poke than this with those specs but note it is running coils etc. so there is some camber in there which is helping things.

Happy for anyone to chip in thoughts, I no longer have a Golf on hand to study.
