I do like my Pretorias, but they aren't as easy to clean as they look (well, not if you are as fussy as me). They have a "trench" behind the spokes, and it is awkward to clean properly because it is narrow and hard to get at (most mitts and brushes can't easily get in behind the spokes). I was quite surprised at how much time & effort it took to clean mine thoroughly when preparing to apply a sealant. Of course VW's infamous & very copious brake dust doesn't help.
ahh...I missed the gap behind the spokes - that would be a real pain.
Yeah to be honest anything with thinner spokes is a bit of a nuisance, but I don't pick a wheel for it's cleaning qualities. I'll be organising a sealant finish in due course, along with the rest of the car but I need to buddy up to someone up here - it's a long drive otherwise to Melbourne or Adelaide to my 'regular' guys.
LOL true.. I will get on to that. Shortly.. ;)
