Spotted these for sale in the UK.. but at $6,500 ex freight, duties and taxes I don't think we'll see this set up locally.
am look for some advice from other readers
have a Golf 7R manual on order and looking for new wheels of the same size as the OEM 19" wheels
like the Rays Volks Racing G25 wheels from Japan - has anyone bought locally or have any experience with or advice on buying Rays wheels?

I like this forged alloy wheel, but it's not made with PCD 5x112 or with a centre bore diameter of 57.1mm to suit our required specification. It's a pity as the rest of the spec is good for 19x8 or 19x8.5. Check it out here: RAYS WHEELS
The Rays G25 do come in 5x112 and a friendly ET48 in 19 x 8, and also ET45 in 19 x 8.5 which as Avdo has posted elsewhere re: his Rays is good on the back, with a little poke on the front so up to each individual as to how they feel about it: RAYS WHEELS
I believe, as Avdo also suggested, they need to be acquired via a distributor. A quick quote from Vivid Racing (USA) netted a result over $5k before duties/taxes so probably closer to $6k AUD. I'd definitely be checking in locally first as a comparison.
given that you are in Sydney, give Budi at Autotechniktuning a call. He is an authorized Rays dealer in Australia.
Auto Technik - The Art of Tuning
I bought my Enkeis, Rays and SSR wheels all from him.
Yes, you are correct. I was looking at the "domestic" pages and not the "import" pages. There is still a discrepancy with the listed bore size of 73.1mm, or have I missed something? If local pricing is anything like Vivid Racing's, I'd give these wheels a wide berth.
