So I stumbled across RS4 wheels on a Mk7 R in another forum. I'm pretty sure the thread is yours Dutch. Anyway, they look great so I'm thinking black RS4 wheels for my White GTI. Any thoughts on replicas? I found these but am not sure what the offset is for them. I'm obviously a wheel noob so any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!
Who knows what the offsets are there - these types of places don't understand them and there is a huge risk of ending up with wheels that are blatantly illegal. Sadly I've seen it in action with a work colleague a while back.
If you're after that style and can't find a set of originals second hand go for the VMR708 in matt black, 19 x 8.5 ET48. Will be roughly same price but at least a decent reps brand.

Thanks for the advice. The VMRs might be the way to go. I found a set of B7 RS4 wheels on Gumtree for $500, but they have an unknown amount of gutter rash (which I'd have no problems trying to fix at that price) but they are 9" wide which would introduce too many issues for me.
It's a toss up between the VMR 708's and 709's for me at the moment. Serg's car looks really great! I wonder what offset they are? I imagine the 8.5" rims would already help fill the fenders better over the Santiago's 7.5", so they may be too tight with the 35 offset?
8.5et35 will result in a bit of poke which makes your car defectable if you happen to get pulled over by hwp. Flush is generally about 8.5et45 so you wouldn't want to go much more aggressive than that (unless defects don't concern you). 8.5et48 will also fit in nicely.
If your car is lowered, you will experience a bit of camber from the lowering which will allow you a few more mm of offset too.
