These aren't a bad looking wheel, not sure exactly what they are although they are similar to Vossen CV3s. Obviously this is a stance fitment at 19 x 9.5, ET35 in conjunction with KW V1s:

It's worth noting, again, that in countries like Belgium and I believe Germany the laws on 'poke' relate to keeping the tyre's tread within the fender line - not the rim or sidewall, thus this remains legal there but definitely not here.
