We just got home from the dealers after collecting our new car (GTI standard) ... oh my gawd what a car ... my biggest problem will be keeping the stupid grin off my face whenever I drive it

Hi all,

deposit down today on a MY15 GTI Performance. Got rid of the SSV Redline, as much as I love the car, can't continue to stomach $100+ per week on fuel.

After owning a regular Mk7 GTI, Im really looking forward to getting to know the GTI Performance. Get it Friday this week.

Congrats on the R, fantastic car, very happy with mine As to the Driver Assistance Package (inc adaptive cruise), its a no brainer at $1,000. Has literally saved my bacon a number of times.
