Anyone know how to reset the "Service Now!" warning ?
Ive tried the Hold 0.0 / turn on ignition / let go 0.0 then press it again to reset combo - it then says "service reminder reset" but actually doesnt.
Halp ?
Live Traffic. Just for interest's sake, mine works in Perth. Just went thru the menus as someone suggested a while back, and it seems to be doing its stuff. Sticks warning triangles on the Nav screen, and has a never ending list of reports, listed by increasing number, on the Traffic screen. These reports are current - great assurance while parked on the Mitchell Freeway this morning all the way between Hepburn and Powis!
Ben: I've successfully used the process that you have described a couple of times on my Golf. Real strange that you can't reset it ( I'm assuming that some time has elapsed since the last reset). Only other suggestion is to try it with a VCDS cable. You probably don't own one, but VWW has a thread of forum members that might be able to help (see below).

@DV52
Thanks very much for the explanation of the potential problem with my wipers. I hadn't been on the forum for a while and only just saw your response now. When I get home I'll give your suggested solution a try.

Hey guys,
Just a quick question regarding my new golf wagon. I was looking underneath the rear bumper yesterday and found a large rectangular opening. Is this standard or is there supposed to be some sort of flap/cover that's been removed and not been replaced.
Cheers.
