Even the difference in temperature between night and day will impact on the kw at the flywheel. Finally, I assume the 10 kw difference is at very high RPM. The difference between the tunes is unlikely to be 10kw over the the entire power curve. Not worth arguing over imho.
Well, 228 minus 213 equals 15kW, also known as 25hp. My tinnie screams along with 25hp on the transom. But, yep, maybe the 400nm might be more appreciated than the top end hp most of us rarely use.
