Ah! That sounds like what I need. If the tune can make it behave like that, then a DSG car might well become my daily driver.

Seeing as more news have been released recently, what are people's thoughts on the facelifted R's and upcoming Wolfsburg editions

Anyone looking to get it/upgrade

If the wagon has real quad exhausts and lane departure warning I'll buy one instead of the new Remus exhaust for my current Wolf wagon

I like the 7.5 upgrades but it's not enough for me to chop in my MY16 car for. I'd rather wait another 18 months (end of the lease anyway) and see if the Mk8 cars are nearing release.

I'd like to get the upgraded R. Talked to the dealer today and the Wolfsburg Edition will have the Grey Pretoria rims, Carbon Mirror casings and the driver assistance package in the price and only option will be the sunroof. Colours are white black and blue with the Wolfsburg badge.

Though I think there's got to be more but the dealer may not have all the info.

I believe that the new 7.5R will be significant improvement and standard features pretty much will be on par with the S3.

We were seriously considering it but have just ordered the FL S3 sedan due to pricing.

The leasing company got S3 sedan for only $30 f/t more than what they could get the R for. (2500) over 3 years.

My wife very happy with that as she loves her MY15 sedan so upgrading it. I still love my stage 2 MK7R too!!
