    Here are some Pics.

For all of you thinking about the cloth interior. Definitely worth considering. The grey inserts at the sides of the seats are a leather / suede material that keeps you in the seat. Very comfortable. The leather is not worth $3150.

I think a sixty grand car isn't finished without leather, but I'd agree the Vienna is crap at over three grand.

    No to both.

Just got my opticoat-pro done by Frank from Definitive Car Detailing @ Lane Cove - great set up and good to see that he was providing free workshops to a few car enthusiasts in the morning. He's also quite a photographer and took some awesome shots of the car post-coating, here's a teaser (I'll post the rest on the picture thread).

Also had tinting done by Rob from Hunters Hill Window Tinting @ North Ryde - awesome guy to chat with and he's done heaps of Mk7 Golfs but this is apparently his first R, and did a fantastic job on the triangle.

Note that the pictures are post-coat but pre-tinting. I'll get some shots of the tint when the sun comes out tomorrow.

Might be a dumb question but has anyone had their 'Coming Home' lights set to on but the lights don't come/stay on after the engine shuts down? I've got mine set to 15 seconds but the lights goes off immediately after the engine shuts down. Weird.

I assume it's like the mk6, you have to give the indicator stalk a quick pull (think highbeam flash) as you get out. That will initiate the "coming home" for the duration you set in the MFD.

Ahh thanks - I'll have to check that out later. Never owned a Mk6 that explains it
