    must say that review does have a point with...

    "Would the real Golf GTI please step forward?"

    before this the golf gti was the golf gti. now its going to confuse things with the lower powered version and then the higher performance version that is supposedly coming out later down the track ! *blink*
    Once had a Red mk6 GTI + DSG + leather + sunroof + mdi + towbar

    now have a gorgeous Red Merc A250 AMG Sport

    I dunno, your reviews went from glowing to less in about a week. perhaps they just spent a bit more time weighing pros and cons before looking like VW shills on their payroll that some reviews have seemed like in the past.

    I don't think we have seen this but I have uploaded to my google drive the GTI press book and background information from the press day in Austria.

    Press still it is in English, 60 pages with specs an information and pics, I have printed up as a book...

    ch31 community TV here in melbourne runs a weekly german car program from DW(deutsche welle) TV called "drive it !"

    Drive it! | DW.DE

    at end of this weeks episode they said they would review the mk7 golf gti next week. look out for it next friday 8:00-8:30pm
