There was a red GTI for sale for 38k last time on car sales. But he was selling it quick.

Hi Guys,
I test drove a GTI yesterday and loved it...
I've been offered the following;
$50800 drive away on a Black GTI with Leather, DSG and xenon lights.
$53990 drive away on a Grey GTI PP with Leather seats and Drivers assistance package.
Does this sound ok?
Both are in stock.. When I asked about corporate pricing I was told that I would only be eligible if I was buying the car through my business, which I found odd. I know Mercedes only required me to be an employee of one of those listed companies.
Many thanks.
I was an employee of a listed company. The dealer I got made it easy. I got my leasing company to "quote" on the vehicle. And then they matched it so they would be the delivering dealer. Takes the whole arm-twisting on pricing activity out of the equation and makes it stress free.
Hi all. Got my gti pp for 3 days now. First vw.
Checked the tyre pressure yesterday they were on 32psi.
Placard on the door indicates 41psi for 19" wheels.
Sorry if this has been asked before. But what are others running on their pp or 19" tyres.
OK. Thanks for the feedback.
Dealer set at 32psi. Which I thought was pretty low. Just thought I'd in case I'm missing something.
Has anyone heard about a new "Luxury Pack" being offered on the standard GTI. Apparently it adds bi-xenons plus leather and sunroof for $4900.
Total dealer fail.
The net is wider than listed companies, and definitely isn't related to whether the car is being acquired by a business.
Also worth remembering as corporate pricing these days by VW is less than it used to be, and effectively rebated back to the dealer, you will want to negotiate with the dealer further. No need to waste time on leasing companies if it's an outright purchase, just go direct and get the deal done.
