The diesel is def the winner in the line up 5ltr/100k and 135kw/380nm same motor as the gtd
Looks nice, was look at Skoda superb 162 and Passat Wagon. This might be better option, boot space 50lt smaller than others

Called into the dealer today to see the display 7.5 Golf Highline (with R-line pack). First impressions are the interior looks cleaner and classier. And the tumeric yellow paint is stunning in the metal, IMO.
2018 Golf GTI, Manual - gone.
2017 Golf 110tsi Trendline, manual (gone - gladly)
2007 Golf GTI, Manual, (gone - sadly)

So did i, did not like the looks of the Skoda and the passat was just 2 big for my needs as a empty nester back seat room is not a big issue
plus all the new tech just sealed the deal its still a compact car so rear seat legroom is not great if you are over 5,11ish but boot space is awesome for all my golf gear
Have to fold down back seats atm in highline wont be doing that soon
imo its also the best looking car of the lot but looks are vry subjective so each to his own
The only downside for me was the impressively ugly wheels in the 17 and 18 inch just yuck at least to me
But if you dont like em thats a vry easy fix just get others
Yeah splashalot i liked the yellow as well its vry nice and distinctive was going to go for that in a rline pack before alltrack came on my radar(the 135kw diesel just slapped me in the face and said come over here boy lol)
How was the highline kitted out splash?
