Maps update

Well it is that time of year again (end of week 45) where Skoda releases the latest map updates for Discover Pro before Volkswagen.

No because they havent put it up on the VW site yet ( as usual) and why worry its the same thing with a different file name EXACTLY the same as always.

Is it the same deal as before. Extract the file onto the sd card and insert and it should all be good. I think I last updated my maps last year

Think I must have different set up

Original microsd card has 2.7gb of map files but the download contains two folders. One is 21gb and the other 8gb. Folders inside don't match up to my sdcard.

We are talking about maps for DISCOVER PRO which are 24GB Seems you have a discover MEDIA unit which takes smaller and different maps and has a VW SD card that it wont work without it.

The Pro will load maps off an SD card or a USB stick and are 29gb when unzipped

Discover pro is the glass faced unit with NO KNOBS

Yeah all good, i realised i still had the discovercare software on my computer. Loaded it up and instantly showed a new update.

WHat is the file name as I cant find any more recent than June

Not sure what month it is

5NA.919.866.AN 1420 MRM3 2020/21

Has a servo that opened 30th september as the correct company so must be fairly new
