Licence plate re-location kit for mk7 R grille

Hi guys. Looking to get rid of my euro plate holder on the front bumper, have the holes patched/ bar resprayed and then re-mount rego plate. Trying to find a kit available in Australia or that can be delivered to Australia that mounts on the lower grille on drivers side. Seen a few around online but all I can find is American companies that say the bracket won’t suit my aus licence plate, or kits that mount onto tow hook! Any ideas??

Im pretty sure its illegal in Aust to move the numberplate from the factory location. Thanks mate. Wouldn’t happen to have any photos of one installed on your car by chance would you? Couldn’t find a good example on that site of one fitted with a plate on. Cheers

GHO57R- how long have you had it on with cable ties, I assume it’s still holding up ok? No problems with cops for re-locating plate?

USA plates are generally not as wide and higher than an Aus plate as I found out hwen I thought I would be cunning and brought back some surrounds for mine. They certainly didnt go anywhere near fitting Too short and too high
