Took the car in today. Service desk guy didn't want to changer them, saying that Vw won't pay for it so they won't do it. We called the sales manager over, who put the guy straight. LEDs installed. Very happy with the result. Led interior, fog lights and now number plate. Car now looks complete.

GTI come standard with led front fog lights. They are brilliant too!

Correct. Once I worked out how to turn them on.

Pull the dial once for front fog lights. Pull it the second time for the rear.

They are built into the slatted grille on either ends of the front bumper
