Hi...so my 2017 GTI PP 80,000K had a warning light and was running very rough for 5 minutes then went away.

Diagnostics reveal

- 006704 Leak in Air Intake system
- 004080 Cylinder 2 misfire detected (P33B0)- During manifold injection
- several other references to Cylinder 2

my local garage is wary to help, they cleared the codes and said come back in week, mentioned possible need to clear carbon build up / port clean.

Should I do that as a matter of urgency or wait to see if the issue retruns.
