Got confirmed by dealer - catback exhaust won’t void your warranty.

I did the whole research last night tried to find out should warranty be voided if I replace the catback exhaust to my golf r 7.5.

the great news is I was told by service manager J*** as long as the powertrain is not affected then everything should be fine. The manager even said that’s what he would do as well.

now I have ordered new Enkei alloys to replace the ugly Englishtown wheels, and I can also start shopping The catback exhaust, any suggestion folks? Apr or milteck or x-force?

FYI - got quoted the full ak exhaust system for 10k at dealership. I was recommended to not waste the money by parts consultant.

Really nice quality and sound good. Make in the UK just like Milltek.

Also CTS is another one to consider.

Xforce are pretty cheap and relatively nasty in comparison to Milltek/APR/Scorpion/CTS. Ive had several Xforce exhausts over the years and the quality and fitment isn't great - but you get what you pay for.

Have a look on the VTECHAUS facebook page. They upload demonstration videos at times showing the sound, and they sell the Scorpion exhausts. V-tech Australia - Videos | Facebook
