Golf W MK7 2015 Head Unit upgrade for revers camera

Thanks for your replay, I must explain myself not clear....like I usually do

Lets' start from the beginning again:

I have a Golf MK7 2015 without reversing camera. The MIB unit installed is an: 5G0035819A

I also have a Caddy 2016 with reversing camera. The MIB unit installed is an: 1K8035150A

I have the VCDS cable and software installed on my laptop and working 100%.

I find on marketplace an used MIB de-installed from a Transporter 2017 with model number: 1k8035150H
The seller said that the vehicle didn't have reversing camera installed.

There has been no confusion regarding these facts - I have understood your words 101%!!

My question is: the unit for sale on marketplace has the identical (apart for the last letter) model number of my Caddy that has reversing camera, if I install this unit on my Golf and use the VCDS software for do an "Adaptation channel map" I will still have CP errors....correct?

YES!!

If the answer is YES, I am screw because I can only install the reversing camera at a dealer.....that will charge me possible $5K

Correct - you are right-royally screwed (meaning f#*ked-up on a large scale)!

But don't take it personally because you are in very good company - anyone who tries installing a MIB (that hasn't been hacked) into a car that has a different VIN to the original factory fitted car is also screwed!!

Not sure about "$5K". If a dealer is prepared to clear CP errors on a MIB that the dealer hasn't installed - i wouldn't be surprised if the cost is somewhere close to the annual budget of a small African nation!! Which is obscene and outright theft because the actual ODIS procedure for clearing CP errors is not complex
