Hi Everybody!
i’ve got the 7.5 r with down pipe and intake and just about to do the cooler.
My question is does the rear exhaust make any difference in performance as it’s very expensive.
Mine sounds great as it is with the res delete and not wanting to put money in the rear section for no reason.
let me know your opinions

99% is in the downpipe. A couple of companies claim a few % for the muffler sections but in reality it's something you'd do for sound, not a cost effective performance upgrade.

thanks Dutch,
just wanted to confirm that as well.
any idea on brake upgrade.?
There's plenty of cars running new brakes - a lot of options that way, either something new and tailored to the R, or quite a few pick up second hand sets from higher up the food chain e.g. Audi, Porsche.
Best bet is to check out some threads for people's set-ups and feedback, and also work out (if you haven't already) the best local shop for you and speak to those guys as well. The good thing is you're treading a well worn path..
