Golf MkVII Lamp Table
Not sure if this might be of interest to others, but I recently became aware of a neat little resource that will list the lamp types for various vehicles. It's provided by OSRAM and the URL is:
It's worth a look IMO.
Using this application, I was able to create the following table for my car (which hopefully will be handy to check lamp-base compatibility of LED replacements):
