Hi all, long time no post here on VWW.
My partner is looking at buying a second hand Alltrack. Budget somewhere between 25–30K. A quick scan of carsales indicates that should get her a 2017 7.5 132TSI base model. I'm a bit out of the loop on specs, so if anyone can let me know the difference between the base and premium models. She's a bit no frills and would generally choose cheaper over higher spec, she's not too fussed on leather seats, for example.
Next question, are there any issues to keep in mind? Is the 6spd DSG problematic like it can be on other older models, or has VW pretty much sorted that all out now?
I assume the 4motion would be Haldex V, or maybe even something later?
TIA
Liam
Its been a while since i got my alltrack
Can't remember the difference between the 2, lights maybe a few other bits
Tho the 6 speed is the wet clutch dq250 solid and reliable just make sure if it's done 60,000k it's had its oil and filter done
Great car she will enjoy driving it
