Here's another possibility I came across:
Four months down and still loving it. The engine is powerful while being economical (still a 6.3l/100km ave) and it's an excellent drive in all conditions. Still enjoying all the features like the radar cruise etc. The only thing I haven't tried is the parking assistant but, with the reverse camera and mirror dip, parking is a breeze anyway.
I've not done any cosmetic or drivetrain mods but I have added a few features via OBDEleven - Golf R instruments in AID, enabled Live Traffic Updates, Dynamic Road Sign Recognition, One Touch Turn signals is now 5 flashes, Easy Access drivers seat and Refuel amount (amount used since last refill) can now be shown in the cluster. I'll look that high beam assist and the MIB and AID colours next I have noticed it's slowed down the nav loading though.
About the only thing I've disliked so far is when getting in, there is a spot near the door where, if my foot lands there, it pops the carpet from under the trim but that's really minor.
What are your likes/dislikes?

I have that issue with the carpet at the same spot 2 rooboy!
That aside i am loving the car big enough for all my golf gear (will fit 3 full size people with all 3 lots of gear and buggies!)
I love the motor and gearbox for a diesel it revs so freely with a nice growl at the top end i drive almost exclusively in sport mode and current long term is 6.9 so thats pretty good will go down after i get it tuned but meh who tunes a car for economy anyway?
I adore the radar cruise don't think i could own a car without it now also the digital dash is just the bee's knee's love it
Seat are surprisingly comfortable and good range of adjustment
The dynaudio is fantastic loud if you want but also quite sharp nice system for a oem fitment
I have so far fitted 19 inch 40th edition wheels and upgraded the brakes to golf r (fronts from 310 to 340 and crossdrilled rears from 280 to 310 and vented) with gold painted calipers
The paint has been done with pomponazzi and also fitted carbonfibre wing mirror caps and r wagon rear window spoilers so far
Next year i plan to fit a golf r rear swaybar and a revo air intake along with a engine and dsg tune(still dunno when tune will happen i want to do early but voice in head says what about warranty lol)
Also i am planing to get together with a fellow alltrack owner and do a range of obd mods i have a spare set of rear r spoilers i am bribing him with
All in all great car highly recommend it

This is the link to the items, when I asked if they would fit the 7.5 Golf Alltrack the buyer said that they would fit any VW with a 1.8t wheel such as the mk7
Aluminum Steering Wheel DSG Paddle Extension Shifter Sticker Fit for Golf 7 Mk7 VII PADDLE shift paddle-in Car Stickers from Automobiles & Motorcycles on Aliexpress.com | Alibaba Group
Judging by one of the comments in that link it is the right version for a standard wheel.

Yep it looks like it just may do the trick all right
The key is the comments that it won't fit a gti paddle as they are a bigger paddle
Might just order a set and see how they go
Now what colour should i get . I like red but to much do you think?
I've ordered a Black Pair as it looks OK to me - still waiting for my car - the ship called into Melbourne, then Port Kembla and has just off loaded my car in Brisbane - now they have to rail it back to Melbourne in order to ship it to Tasmania - why they didn't off load it in Melbourne is beyond me. I do think red might be an overkill in your case
Pity there's no gold - would have been a nice link back to your brake calipers
