Just want to confirm for all the Golf R owners.
1.These are the 3 parts we need:
Left Mirror 5G2 857 507 CA 9B9
Right Mirror 5G2 857 508 AJ 9B9
Switch 5G0 959 565 AA ICX
(no controllers required)
2. Instructions are as per USP instructions posted earlier, followed by additional VCDS link also posted earlier.

Dear VW mates, do any of you know whether we could purchase folding mirrors with blind spot indicators! I believe this system uses the four exterior different looking sensors for this functionality

Hey MRG_AU,
If you pop your mirror off I would say you have four wires plugged in to the glass. The modules codes listed for the folding mirrors only have two wires to the glass (for the heating element). I would say unless you can sweet talk the parts guy at the dealer to look up the folding mirror part number suited for DAP2 you will not be able to upgrade to folding mirrors using these part number and retain blindspot warning. Anyone without DAP2 happy days jump on the group buy!
