Before rushing to conclude relevance to the Australian market we have to await the final spec of the Mark 7 for oz.

    Good win nonetheless!

Don't get it? The award is based on the entire range. What difference does spec level for Australia have to do with it?

I was thinking about its value for money proposition. Standard features often have a bearing on the success at car awards. The A class in europe might be "stripper" versions, but the aus spec A class is definitely loaded with tech.

I've noticed US spec german cars are way cheaper than aus spec partly becuase they are so basic. Would you believe BMW owners in the US need to pay just to have fold down seats?!

agree there, theyve been very smart with the aus spec. they seem to have all sorts of versions in euro spec. really depends what versions theyre talking. I agree to I much rather a well specd car than a stripper that have to load up with options that loose heavily come trade in time !

lets not talk about bmw and their options hehe
