Yes mine is peeling, i noticed at around 15000km. Haven't gone back to the dealer with it.

I had this on my shifter, dealer replaced it with no hassle. Now.... 15,000 - 20,000 kms later, it starting to peel again.

Cheers! just had mine replaced under warranty at 30,000kms without any issues. Looks like bubbling on the matte chrome trim has been an issue for 10 odd years.
