The Dual Mass Flywheel "should" be ok with relatively low km's, but the mechanic can inspect it for wear and tear and play when replacing the clutch packs. But I would not expect that you would need to change the DMF after only 72,000km.
As for the clutches, im suprised they lasted this long. I wonder if they have already been changed previously with the previous owner.
As for the clutch kit you have linked to, LUK are an OEM manufacturer, so no issues with quality etc. Just check your mechanic is happy for you to supply the parts as many mechanics do not allow that these days.
