Does the Alltrack have changed suspension pickup points or spaced down subframe?

I have no need for lots of ground clearance but I do want a bit more zip than the 1.4L models offer and AWD. An R is out of the price range.

I know the Subaru Outback has a spaced down rear subframe and different front suspension pickup points vs the Liberty. Does the normal Golf and Alltrack also have changes to geometry or is it just a matter of swapping in some good aftermarket spring/shock sets to suit normal Golf height then it's effectively exactly the same as the low models?

    Thanks in advance!

This seems to be a common mod on the vw vortex site in the US you could check there but with the amount of lowered ones i have seen i don't think you will have much of a issue as the alltrack is only jacked up by a small amount

I thought about doing mine but i like the extra clearance on gutters and steep driveways i hate hearing the grunching sound of your front lip grinding away

I know it's easy to lower and not an issue as such but I want to be sure I'm getting the same suspension geometry as say a Golf R.

Skoda does their Superb Outdoor and Octavia Scout lift using a combination of larger diameter tyres (+10mm) and raised springs (+10mm). I'd be thinking VW use a similar method.
