Convenience locking/unlocking is not working!

Golf mk7 90tsi trend-line with DSG transmittion. Convenience locking/unlocking used to work fine. But it stopped working since I hit a post on the rear bumper (nothing serious, it was really slow, just a few scratches).
Really want to know what is going on. Can someone help me out please? Thanks very much!

That should not have effected it...have you turned it off by accident on the radio display? make sure its activated on there in the car settings!...VDUB....

I thought it wouldn't effect it neither! I checked the settings many times, and reset it a couple of times, but it seems the function not working anyway. I will bring the car back to dealer next week and see what they can do.

I had one the other day. windows went down with remite but not up... was just a setting in the radio screen menu....VDUB..

Went to deal today and it is faulty. They asked me to bring the car back to them on Next Tues to check it.

I have a 103 highline ... What is convenience locking/unlocking ?

Hold the unlock button and all doors, Windows and sunroof opens. Same when you hold lock, everything shuts
