Right ok thanks. I've got a "GTI 40 years", which shares the same engine with the "R", so I might have this issue as well then.

Question regarding a GTI with a manual transmission, Map 1 is the best to run no other additional mods?

If that's the case I'm thinking the cable is not required for me.

I installed my JB1 this morning. It's awesome.

If anyone can reach plug D from the top of the engine bay, I want video proof.

Not saying it can't be done. I have long, thin arms and there was no way I was getting my hand anywhere near the plug. I'd love to know how it can be reached! Even if I could get my hand to the plug, you'd need some serious chops to get the existing plug off and the two new plugs connected up. If you drop the screw driver that you need to undo the stock clip, you'll be taking the bottom cover off anyway!

Well I have a GTI! Unless there is a difference in the engine bay between the normal GTI and the Performance version? I thought they were identical.

According to the website, Polo Gti gets around 15kw. Is that relevant to alltrack?
