Bad creak on rear suspension

YouTube I keep hearing this creak when going over bumps, can now replicate it. 1 foot on the ground, 1 on the sill pushing down. Would this be the springs or a bushing?

I have heard that the front strut mount tend to start making noise from about 50k kms.

Hmm im at about 38km so not to far off, also hear a creak sometimes at the front.

I'd be straight back to the dealer to see if they have upgraded versions.
