    Holden Cruze 2.0 tdi. Stock VS tuning box that was on the car VS remap

    Tuning box was $950. Look how the stock map creates more power and torque than the tuning box in a lot of places. Then compare the remap power and torque, at 105kph the remap has 32% more power and 38% more torque than the tuning box. Staggering really.




    Air/Fuel Ratios on tuning boxes can be rather revealing.
    Have a look at the Holden cruze with a tuning box apparently preset for the car. Look how the tuning box leans off just when the car is trying to make power vs the remap which adds in a little more fuel and remains stable.

    We have just finished a session with an Audi S3 2.0 TFSI, only modification was TBE from milltek.
    Software tune only gave us an impressive 203kw ATW.

    There is plenty more to get out of the Audi, and we would expect (if the customer wants to go this way) to get it to around the 225+ KW ATW with intake and intercooler.
    Fuel pumps are not necessary on stage one and 2 tunes on the S3 and the Golf R

    VW Passat R36 in for ECU tuning and a full custom DSG gearbox tune. Customer is hugely impressed by the ECU tune and DSG gearbox tune. 12% torque gain and 13% power gain just from the ECU remap
