Holden Cruze 2.0 tdi. Stock VS tuning box that was on the car VS remap
Tuning box was $950. Look how the stock map creates more power and torque than the tuning box in a lot of places. Then compare the remap power and torque, at 105kph the remap has 32% more power and 38% more torque than the tuning box. Staggering really.
Air/Fuel Ratios on tuning boxes can be rather revealing.
Have a look at the Holden cruze with a tuning box apparently preset for the car. Look how the tuning box leans off just when the car is trying to make power vs the remap which adds in a little more fuel and remains stable.
