    I'm sure in terms of percentages - more supercar owners like us to give them more 'go' and exclusivity than any other sector !

    Porsche and Mercedes don't really count as supercar brands in my mind (besides the rare exceptions such as the SLR, Black editions, or that 911 GT2 in the 2 second club).


    My point was, if I owned a Lamborghini, I wouldn't car how quick it was, since (1) I don't have a lot of access to a race track, and (2) it's a freaking Lamborghini

    Car ownership to many of us is all about extracting the best out of a car, no matter what it is.

    You then have the mundane things like personalising it

    I guess you've not seen Underground Racing's workshop in the US then?



    These cars are all in various stages of having twin turbo kits fitted, with options for the Gallardo from 650hp to 1500hp at all 4 wheels. I've been chatting to them about sending mine over for some work - when compared to a $400k changeover on a 700hp Aventador, spending $150k to push the car to 1000whp is a very tempting option.

    ViezuAustralia - what are you doing for the pre-560 Gallardos?

    Don't ramspeed install turbo kits for the gallardo as well instead of sending it to the us

    I believe they're agents for the Heffner twin turbo kits, and are working on a car at the moment from what I've seen from their postings on other forums. I'll certainly be chatting to them once that car is finished as indeed a local option is attractive, but I know that the UGRacing guys have a long history with these upgrades and if that's a better option then being without the car for 6-12 months isn't a big deal.
