Finally! We have released a super light Rotary Buffing Machine with soft start!

Available on its own here, or in a Kit with Pads & Polishers.

The new Mint ProTools Rotary Polisher has been designed and manufactured especially for the auto paint care industry.

This super light polisher weighs in at just 2.0kg allowing you to use it for hours and hours without the fatigue you get from the usual heavy old machines. It is also perfectly balanced with an ergonomic handle and grip that allows for greater operator comfort and reduced vibrations .

The Mint ProTools Rotary Polisher has a ‘soft start’ feature to provide more control and reduce any chance of sling when commencing a section. It also has a variable speed of 700 – 2500rpm with a built-in load sensing module to provide a constant speed output. This polisher offers double-reduction gearing, which provides a higher torque output and gives it even better performance and resilience for long periods of use. This unique two-level gear structure offers strong torque, which is twice that of the common single gear-set polishers.

The Mint ProTools Rotary Polisher comes with a long 5m power lead, a 5” Flexi-Edge Backing Plate, a Side Handle, even a spare set of brushes and a 12 month warranty. This Polisher is lightweight, controllable and perfect for the enthusiast wanting to step into the world of professional paint correction and polishing.

Recommended to work with 4", 5", 6" or 6.5" pads.
