VR6 Lead pulling tools

I havent seen any metal VR6 lead pulling tools available on the local market yet so we have been looking making some locally.

The design is simplistic but keep in mind that these will be hand made locally with each one taking a significant amount of time to produce.

Why do you need one?
* The plastic OEM tool that came with your VR6 is rubbish and most likely broken.
* Removing your leads without the correct tool can end in tears. It only takes 1 small crack in the insulation for your spark to leak. With a new set of leads generally costing over $150 you dont really want to man-handle them
* With a decent functional tool it will only take seconds to get the leads in and out.

How much will they cost?
Our target price is $34.95 plus shipping of around $5. This should be in line with if not substantially cheaper than similar mass produced units available from the US


Below are a couple of pictures of the first prototype unit. As mentioned it will be simple and functional .

Made from high quality stainless steel all edges will be cleaned up nicely in the final product and there will be a hole drilled across the end to allow for either a t bar attachment or corded wrist strap to aid in removing super stubborn leads.





Basically just keen to hear if there is any interest in a run of these?

I was thinking about making a post for this exact tool just yesterday. The one that was supposed to be in my car is long gone, and I will need to change the plug eventually. Would definitely buy.

Innitial run will probably only be of 10 units just to get a feel for the market. Plenty more where they come from though.
