so , at last i have all 4 sat in the garage

    so first the rear

    hitting the calliper

    the front

close but good , so 10mm hub centric spacers and 57.1mm to 63.4mm spiggot rings are
on the way so all should be good , just got to make me mind up on what colour to paint them now
either a cream to match the leather or a nice bronze
oh recieved the s3 mats from germany at last , after i put a dispute in with paypal , they sent all 4 as well when the ad
was for only the fronts so thats a result

Stevie, the spacers aren't legal with WA rules, and will likely void your insurance, so make sure they look subtle when you have them installed

I suspect those 4x4s are just ignored, unless an incident occurs, then the cops will fine you, or the insurance company wont pay out if there's a claim invovled.

However, if your spacers are subtle enough, then its probably not going to raise any eyebrows

time for a bit of an update .............
not a lot really as im enjoying the oem+ life, so......

first a new polo stubbi as the original has had it

next was the ole gear knob , went for the 8P as its a straight swap

now i've been thinking about the dog bone for a while , so why not

bit of a bugger st split with out a vice but a pair of grips will do

bit of a clean up and new grease

went for the red one as its not as harsh as the yellow one .......
dont know why but cant go around with out an oem cargo net these days lol

and thats about it for the s3 for now , yep boring stuff hey , wish I still had the rado to play with

hi Steve, I was reading my old comment to you about spacers being illegal in WA.

I read somewhere recently that you can increase the track by 25mm overall, so 10mm spacers are ok for you.

However, the same piece of info stated that you cannot go wider than 7.8" rims unless OEM!

    Who makes up these rules.

Shouldnt they be out washing their cardigans or something?
