Q7 4M 200KW Tune options?

Hi its 7 long years of not logging on as i have been driving Jap cars in this time.
Made a purchase of a white 2016 Q7 4M 200kw. Looking at possibly getting some more power. Anyone know of some reputable tuners?
standard questions....gains? & the very important 0-100kph : )
