Haven't done anything to the engine yet as I'm saving up for the engine bits and clutch etc.

I have purchased this directly through a friend who works for wilwood and should get it installed this week if not the next

They're wilwood 332mm two piece rotors with 6 pot calipers.

Just found your build, mate. Looking good.

Im waiting for a reply from a source I got from US. Someone I know told me he bought a set for $380 for the powerpack kit from that source.

Btw, get your crank pulley modded with a dowel pin. Its a good insurance just in case the key way breaks. I got a friend who had a K04 who sheared his crank keyway. Expensive bill.

Just to clear this up, I am INA's Aus/NZ distributor. Neru paid MSRP plus GST and freight. MSRP for Mahle Powerpack pistons is US$595.00. I try to keep the prices down. I have to, to compete with imports who don't have to pay the taxes I do.

If your contact paid $380, he bought them new second hand I would imagine.

they look sweet, should be a massive difference and probably necessary based on the turbo your running

With the AGU engine, are you using running the stock bolt down 3pin coilpack?

I did an ICM delete a while ago, saved me $550 for a genuine ICM, $220 for a non-genuine.

If your ICM fails, its pretty much a tow truck job to transport your car unless you carry a spare. With the FSI coilpacks im running, at least if one's dead, I got a spare in my car lol.

I think Chris sells the INA coilpack spacers. I never had issues with mine popping out...however the spacers does make the engine bay look tidier.

edit: just to give an idea how it looks like

If you can find a Coilpack repair harness for the newer DBC 1.8T engines eg AUM/AVG codes(I'll pass you the part number if you want), saves you heaps if you're willing to DIY. I did check with VW(I work at a dealership) but there's none in Australia.

I did everything myself and paid 50bucks for the harness from another member at ozaudi. It's very straight forward. Just 2 grounds, a signal and +12v constant. Heaps of write up on the net too.

I'm not sure with INA due to the lack of an online catalog, 034motorsport sells a plug and play kit. I'm pretty sure Integrated Engineerings has the same stuff. They have fancy plugs which makes the engine bay look tidy and flash

Haven't got the time to tweak it to be honest and I'm still running the base file which to my surprise runs pretty well albeit a tad rich all over but not stupid rich to bog it down.

I'm only running 14psi, stock SMIC, stock clutch(hate the DMFW)and a "play" with a friend who's got a B6, FT turbo @ 21psi, FMIC, clutch etc etc ..on higher gears, he said I'm slowly pulling away. Can't imagine if I wind this up to 28psi

If you're ever interest to run one, contact rockersteady on ozaudi. He can fix you up and revisions are free(I think).

I have a set of 2.0T coilpack adapters arriving today or tomorrow, however I am pretty sure they are the push down, not screw down type. INA threw an extra set in the box for me. I can get screw downs if you need them, though.

I can also supply a plug and play harness if you need it (definitely don't have one in stock, though).
