When is your car due?
I sold my VW tonight, was a sad moment. I am going to miss her terribly. Two totally different cars but there is something to be said for the twin charged engine - I took one last spin in the VW and it actually felt quicker than the S3.

The dealer told me the car is built tomorrow which should be a mid-September delivery.

unfortunately back problems meant I am going from a manual to an S-tronic. My GTI has a bluefin stage 1 and I have to admit the S3 didn't feel significantly faster, but with the number of HWP I saw on the test drive, it killed the enthusiasm pretty quickly !.

Thanks Hawk I am enjoying her more and more every day. Harsher ride that the 118 TSI but I am guessing that is the larger wheels and lower slung car - I can see over the roof of the audi haha. It does make me feel like I am really driving although not sure how it would feel on long trips.

Fav thing today was the boost gauge haha!

mfl, time from build to delivery felt fast for me and kind of fun to track the car on the ship. The worst were the few days when I knew it was at the dealership to actual pick up! When I went down to check the interior lining all I wanted to do was take her for a drive. The few days wait after that were terrible. I am sure I have lost Facebook friends with all my posts!

More pic because I can. I actually (this is terribly weird) went down on my lunch break the first day (yesterday) I had her and took photos. I was having a frustrating day at work and it made me smile for the remainder of the day.
Respect for cars either side parking a good distance away, the bays are big but the distance made me smile.
