Entered the Darkside!!!!
As the title says my B6 has entered the Darkside, courtesy of Custom-code. Strong as an ox and what really impresses me is no more CVT lag. It soon showed up a tired MAF
logged and was way too low. Lucky i bought one for the just in case event, nice. Software upgrade for anyone with a 1.8T with a CVT is a must have, in manual mode where the gears are a preset map feels unreal, super smooth and rapid. Im happy to cap the power there as im teetering on the edge of max torque for the trans. Now i need to make the exhausts fill the rear bar cutouts. My wife has been driving around the last couple of days and i drove it tonight and would say the ecu is well adapted now. Freeway drive logged 6.8ltr per 100!!!!!!! on an upgrade! Normal urban to rural sensible driving im still getting in the regions of 9 odds.
