just checked it out, may be meet up in St. Kilda or Elwood. my number is still the same if you want to shoot a message nearer the time...
the gf has no idea of the the size of an imperial pint, she thinks it is the equivalent to about 5 litres...
i think thats because i say i'm just nipping out for a pint and come back 4 hours later absolutely maggot...
PS where did you get your ce-lock from mate; i'm thinking about getting one for the m3...
that would be awesome mate if you're sure thats ok. if i find i'm not using it much i'll pass it you back...
bought some stickies, bit more used than expected but could be a good start to see what i think to them...
the car still runs like a hairy goat when its hot so going to try changing the following before Saturdays happy laps...
- spark plugs
- coil packs
- fuel bucket
- g410 sensor
- lpfp pump controller
i'm also going to run the lpfp fuel pump adaptation via vcds. i know you shouldn't really change a lot of things at one go but i'm running out of time to find the cause of the issue so i decided to get stuck in...
Fuel Pump Prerequisites:
Ignition ON
Engine ON
System voltage at least 11.0 V.
[Select]
[01 - Engine]
[Basic Settings - 04]
Group 103
[Go!]
Activate the Basic Setting.
[ON/OFF/Next]
Wait until Field 4 shows "ADP. O.K.".
[Done, Go Back]
[Close Controller, Go Back - 06]
Switch Ignition OFF.
Note:
Timing chain driven engines such as the CCTA, CBFA and CCTA were phased in during model year 2008. Those engines do not use a G410 (Low) Fuel Pressure Sensor so Basic Settings 103 is not applicable.
Have you logged it hot mate? We see a lot of backing off by the ECUs due to heat, intake temps in particular.
Would be good to log it all the time you are out on track if you can. Then hit the space bar to mark the file when you get a problem.
