thanks mate, all simple stuff but keeps me out of trouble. this weekend is brake pad and fluid change and wiring up of my torquebyte pm3 lpfp fuel pump controller...
catch up with you at the next happy laps...
Well done mate - I imagine it is quite satisfying doing all these jobs yourself.

Want to see pictures of the pm3. Got one to do here as well. Next week.
no probs mate, all pretty easy so far it would appear. hardest part was getting all the wires through the rubber grommet and I thought I was on the home straight to having it installed last weekend...
then I realised I needed to take a power feed straight from the battery which stopped play until next Saturday. a trip to Jaycar for wire, crimp terminals and 40 amp fuse is on the cards and then I'm on again...
talk soon mate...

thanks mate, i'll bring it to the track at some point to see what you think...
i've put too much time and money in to the s3 to let it go so i've decided to hang on to it. if i sold it i might not be able to hang out with all the good people of watercooled...
catch up soon...
Congrats on the addition. Watch the track, i believe the 3 cars that have come off on our Happy Lap sessions have all been RWD BMW's!

thanks mate, my first track outing is planned for the Sports Driver Training session in August. I don't intend to bring it to happy laps but when i get used it i might have my own happy laps at some of the time attack sessions...
would be good to do another Sunday drive soon, hopefully catch up then...
a couple of steps closer to getting the pm3 up and running, hardest part ever getting a feed through the firewall...
installed a 40 amp fuse at the battery as per the destructions...
a few more connections to make and its golden...
