a very slight increase in white light; i thought it might help my reverse camera in the dark. i finally managed to get my camera to auto switch once reverse is engaged...
and finally with all my coding updated i currently have no fault codes. my car has always had a fault code in one form or another so very happy at this point in time and now means i can move forward with further mods...

must be the month for minor mods. i also fitted my ttrs lpfp, s3 ones have a blue top...
took this photo for reference so i know the connections required on the uprated pump controller (coming soon)...
and finally installed my obd y splitter. works a treat and clips in to the original mounting spot like the oem connector so got to be happy with that...

now that I have proved my rear view camera set up and auto switching I thought I’d tidy up the wiring and relay module. Went shopping to jaycar and picked up the following ingredients...
using a 5 dollar superchaep leatherman wannabe I carved out the holes for the camera / media inputs and the output gland for the power and rnse input / output...
with my current set up the camera signal sometimes flickers on and off so i’m going to install a diode this time and hope it fixes the issue. also revised warlords diagram slightly to reflect my set up and include the rnse reverse switch...
once complete it should be a substantial improvement on my original relay set up. If anyone wants it to try with their rnse they are welcome to take it for free, pm your mail address...

borrowed the label printer from work, i just hope i've got the labels the right way around...
and with the only tool required for the job, plus a mates lighter for the shrink wrap...

ohhhhhhhh yeahhhhhhhhhh, the calipers finally turned up. i was a bit worried at one point that i had blown a grand and somewhere in europe someone was throwing a party...
i now have all the goodies for the install:
- OEM TTRS Calipers
- OEM TTRS Discs
- OEM TTRS Pads
- HELL RS3 Black Braided Brake Lines
- NO time what so ever to install them!
i was planning to install them myself and bought a pressure bleeder already. due to zero time i might give p&p a call to see if they can fit them ready for the next happy laps...
