so finally picked the wheels up, one problem... i only have 1 pair of spacers and conical bolts



just ordered another pair of spacers which should hopefully be hear at xmas if santa gets a wriggle on



not even driven far enough to scrub the stickers off the tyres... the shame



to save time when i get the spacers i thought i'd put wheel sealant on the two back wheels. glad i didn't do all 4 at once as i was getting a bit jack of it. 3 coats on each wheel, front and back, 12 coats all up! got a bit thirsty so cracked a can of iron bru for the scots on here



the bru wasn't cutting the mustard so moved on to fnq. bought the cheap stuff as a bit broke after wheel buying... still not a bad drop for an ozzie offering



also had a bash at installing the W8 light. for anyone thinking of giving it a go in an 8l, don't bother. its a complete pain in the hole!

either way needs to come down 15mm or so now to compensate for the increased wheel diameter.

just ordered some red illuminated side vents, might be going a bit ott now and the car could light up like blackpool illuminations but its all reversible
