I didn't chemically clean the DPF , noting comes out of it no dust.

I’m impressed you did that. Most forum goers aren’t that savvy.
Greg Roles spent a few hours with a Karcher, pushing the ash back out of the core, then drying it in the oven before putting it back in.
So as I understood it, the ash/soot doesn’t just fall out, it needs to be pushed out

To keep this simple, I know lots of you guys looked at the youtube videos
but when I took the DPF off , I could see through the cells.
Anyway , Im gone past the DPF itself. Looking into combination of sensors again.

Your ECU thinks your DPF is blocked.
Do a forced regen

you may need to reset the dpf loading
I had exactly the same issue.
