The diffs are a check only according to the schedule, now so is the ZF auto which is sealed for life. I personally dont agree with it and have done countless Boxsters that were flairing around 80k. change the strainer and oil and unleashes new life. I would recommend it changed at least at the big service at 120k. 1st big service is 60k and is a little bit early unless you have a CVT which is meant to be 60k and IMO thats too late!! At 120k i would even recommend changing power steer fluid, what a difference that makes too.
To conclude (I) would change manual and diff at 120K.
