No but the guy you replied to hasn't been logged in since July 2010 so I guess we will never see his reaction to your great post.

I agree with Mr Golf - Scotty, your potential usage for a soft roader is nothing like what 99.2% are used for and these owners a pretty much being discourteous to "normal" car drivers. And what about the 2WD versions?

As for the Yeti, did everyone see Jeremy Clarkson beat the Stig (driving a Ferrari 308 GTS) around Donnington in one?

Yeah the only thing he didn't do was blindfold Stig and tie both hands behind his back. Typical b/s Topgear entertainment over information rubbish.

It did make a good helipad though! evo magazine has been running a 118 tsi long-term - it's been a great tow car for their Radical racer, and even managed to beat a Renault Clio Sport lap time, admittedly with direzza tryes. They've had nothing but praise!!

i just hope that skoda continues to expand in oz. they represent insane value for money, and im quietly hoping the next roomster comes here too.

The Roomster is not for everyone but they are amazingly useful and versatile cars. I love mine despite its puny petrol motor.
If only Skoda had launched in OZ with the Fabia instead of the Roomster and waited till the Roomie had the tsi engines before bringing it down under.
Still, got to be happy that the Yeti and Fabia are finally almost here.

They're relaunching the Roomster here with the Fabia you know? Hopefully they give it more kit this time around...
