I don’t understand why they don’t have a courtesy vehicle ready for things like this? My T5 lost the mechatronic unit a few days before the 3yr warranty ran out. It was off the road for 25 days waiting on new one and I was given a crafter as a loan vehicle for the duration of the repairs.
