what goes in that space in the boot?

im talking specifically about the spot just inside the boot down the bottom against the back panel. theres a small indent of about 30cm and 2 tie down straps. kinda looks like it should be a spot for a tool or something, what am i missing from there?

ha! thought it might be something like that. its like those blank buttons in the center console where they tease you with "if only you worked that bit harder and could afford the higher model... youd have something in this space" lol
